Gucci wants you to channel your inner DJ with its new (and free) iPhone application, Gucci Beats. Timing the application’s Wednesday launch, Gucci opened its doors today to its new pop-up shop at 43 Crosby Street in New York City, where you can find Mark Ronson’s limited-edition Gucci Ronson’s for a cool $530. You can mix, turn and create personal playlists downloadable directly from the iTunes store and recap Gucci’s runway shows and lookbooks. As a bonus, bars, hotels or restaurants (in 20 cities) are conveniently listed on Gucci’s Little Black Book city guide for your perusal. Few things in life are free. Why should you pass up this application?
